Impera plc has acquired Dynax Systems Limited to operate alongside its two existing operating companies ImperaData Ltd and Secure Networks UK Ltd.
Impera provides an integrated range of IT products and services to help customers operate as effectively as possible through the secure, reliable and continuous availability of their IT infrastructure, systems and data. Dynax is a leading provider of IT infrastructure products and services to the UK SME and corporate market and will fully compliment the business continuity, data backup and network security services provided by ImperaData and Secure Networks.
Dynax will operate as a separate business unit within the Impera group with Eddy Alejos as the company’s managing director, supported by his existing management team and employees. Peter MacLean will join the board of Dynax as chairman.
