Dynax / Impera - rebranding Soon
Basingstoke 8th April 2009 - Impera plc is pleased to announce the renaming and
rebranding of the Impera group of companies. With effect from 8th April, Impera plc will be renamed 365 iT plc and will trade through its wholly owned subsidiary 365iTechnology Ltd (www.365iTechnology.com).
Commenting on the name change, the company's chairman and chief exec Peter MacLean remarked, "Implementing the name change to 365 iT better positions our brand identity and emphasises our founding
principles of innovation, quality and service. Our mission is to exceed our customers’ expectations, so we’re constantly looking for ways in which we can improve our service. Our rebranding to 365 iT reinforces the depth
and breadth of our service offering to customers nationwide.” MacLean continued "As we have grown, 365 iT has continuously striven to improve communication with existing and potential new customers. We have reached a key point in the development of the group and it is essential that we present the ‘right’ image and brand as we continue our expansion in the IT Services sector.”
365 iT will continue to provide the range of services and expertise offered under the previous brand and this change will have no adverse impact on existing contractual relationships.
